Privacy policy

The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we use one analytics tool to understand usage, we show no ads, and we sell nothing about you. Updated 2026-08-17.

What we collect and why

Account data. Sign-in and subscription billing are handled by Clerk. We receive your user id and email so the product knows who you are; payment details go to the payment processor, never to us.

Learning data. Your selected film, calibration answers, reading plan, and review history are stored against your account. That is the product: it cannot personalize stories without them.

Usage analytics. We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand which pages and features are used. No advertising trackers, no third-party ad cookies.

Infrastructure logs. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs to serve and protect it.

What we don't do

No selling or renting of personal data. No advertising networks. No tracking beyond the analytics described above.

Your choices

Email marce@katarineko.com to access or delete your account data. Deleting your account removes your learning data.
